At Adams we recognize that your data back-up tapes are an essential part of your disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Our off-site facilities insure the protection of your back-ups from a local event such as a tornado. With media vaults strategically placed in Tucker and Gainesville Georgia, we can safely secure your media away from I.T. center, yet close enough for access.

Our tape rotation services provide uniformed, professional personnel to pick-up and deliver your tapes on a daily, weekly, or customized schedule. Adams will provide secure transportation of your tapes to our facility where they will be logged and entered in our Firelock media vault for safe keeping.

The Firelock vault is designed for off-site libraries of DAT, DLT, Quarter Inch, 3480 cartridges or tapes reels. Media items may be individually slotted on open rack, or secured in sealed media cases. With either option, the media items can be removed from the vault at your request, or as scheduled, and then transported to your location or a designated hot site.

Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by just calling our Customer Service team. We guarantee an emergency delivery within two hours if geographically possible.

At Adams Data Management we minimize the risks associated with media storage by storing your data in our Firelock Vault - the industry's safest. Our facilities offer a secure, temperature and humidity-controlled environment combined with database tracking systems to ensure that records and data are kept safe.

Our media services also include customized media pickup, delivery and rotation schedules designed to meet the needs of your organization. At pickup, the media is scanned for tracking and then transported in secure, environmentally-controlled vehicles. In the event of a system failure, Adams Data Management can deliver your back-up media to your named location.
